Caring for women and our environment
The project was created in 2023 to lessen financial barriers for women who would like to be more sustainable.
In 2023, Northern Southland College year 12 and 13 female students were each gifted two pairs of period underwear.
The Care Project has been funded from donations by local women, the Babes in Vans Rally at Clyde and supported by our partnership with AWWA period care.
We plan to be able to offer the same gift to more young women each year.
